Podcasting Workshop, first one among a series of Workshop by Kiruba Shankar on Social media was very interactive and informative.

9 participants from very diverse fields participated. The one day workshop started with Kiruba defining the objectives of the Workshop! Participants were asked to write down 3 objectives / reasons for them attending the workshop! Some one wanted to know the difference between an Audio file and Podcast, some wanted to learn a new medium.

Later the participants were grouped into teams of two. Kiruba a big advocate of crowd sourcing made the workshop more interactive.

The thumb rule defined by Kiruba at the beginning of the workshop was that each of the participants must create their own Podcast before stepping out.
